Our team consists of Matthew Sidford, Terry Sidford, and Jim Anderson.

Matthew has been with Jess Reid Real estate for over 10 years and has consistently been a top producing agent for each of those years.  For 2009 he was again the Top Producer of all Jess Reid agents.  Two years ago he married his beautiful wife, Terry, who is his partner in this four man team.

Terry specializes in introducing new clients to our services, supervises marketing & PR for the team and handles the presentation of our property listings at open houses.

Jim Anderson is our office manger and specializes in complete paperwork for each transaction and liaises with each of our clients on scheduling any needed inspections, obtaining records from Title companies and anything to assist a buyer or seller in moving smoothly through each transaction.
